Empowering People Through Inclusion and Diversity

We have 40 thousand employees, in units from North to South of Brazil, with different cultures, ethnicities and nationalities, but we have the same purpose. Here, everyone understands the importance of their work in the production process and strives to evolve together with Aurora Coop.

For these people to develop and feel proud of the place they chose for their professional careers, we offer the necessary conditions and environment. And we also honor, every year, the employees with high service time, our Jubilee.

Diversity and inclusion are also part of our daily routine. We believe that respecting singularities in a constructive way is an action that boosts the inclusion process of people with disabilities in the labor market.

Therefore, Aurora Coop acts in two pillars, the Attitude Now Program and the Aurora Coop Policy for People with Disabilities. For us, this behavior represents social responsibility and care for the human being.

Quality, Ethics, and Sustainability for Well-being and Balance

We believe in the excellence of three fundamental pillars: well-designed facilities, the animals, and the people involved in the breeding system. Since 2008, we have continually invested in education, infrastructure, process improvements, and modernization of production concepts through our Animal Welfare Program. This program ensures the highest standards of animal care and sustainability throughout all phases of the production chain. It monitors and enhances breeding, feeding, housing, transportation, and humane slaughtering practices. Additionally, it focuses on minimizing losses within production processes, improving efficiency, and aligning with our sustainability commitments. By prioritizing animal welfare, we strengthen our ethical responsibilities, promote well-being, and deliver high-quality, sustainable products.

Investing in People for Quality and Sustainability

At Aurora Coop, we are committed to fostering a work environment where employees feel valued and integral to the cooperative’s success. Our policies and actions are carefully aligned with our organizational structure and culture to ensure a supportive and inclusive workplace. We strictly comply with labor and social security legislation, actively rejecting any form of discrimination, forced labor, or child labor. We prioritize maintaining balanced relationships with unions and employees, while driving continuous innovation and improvement in management practices. Our People Management team consistently enhances tools and strategies to attract top talent, promote education and professional development, implement effective reward systems, and ensure safe, healthy, and engaging work environments. By prioritizing people and their growth, we aim to build a workplace that fosters trust, collaboration, and sustainability.
